Job summary

Candidates with a PLS or LSIT certification are preferred but not required; strong communication, organization, and proficiency in Carlson, CAD software, and Microsoft Office will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree with 3–5 years surveying experience, or 5–7 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field crews to collect data for surveys.
• Review and organize survey data to create deliverables.
• Provide feedback to field teams and assist project managers.
• Package finalized data for client delivery.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist with calculations and drafting tasks.
• Occasional field work as needed.

Position Overview

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project execution by coordinating field crews, organizing data, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. This is primarily an office role with occasional field responsibilities. Candidates with a PLS or LSIT certification are preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with field crews regarding data collection requirements.
• Organize and review survey data to create accurate deliverables.
• Provide feedback to field teams and collaborate with project managers.
• Package and submit finalized data for client delivery.
• Attend project briefings and client meetings as needed.
• Perform research, calculations, and drafting tasks.
• Occasionally assist with field work.
