Job summary

Miller & Long Co., Inc is seeking an experienced project administrator to support construction projects in a full-time capacity in Bethesda, MD. The role involves scheduling, subcontract coordination, cost engineering, and general project administration.

Qualifications

Reports to:

Vice President of Project Management

Summary of Responsibilities:

This position provides administrative and technical function on a construction project including scheduling, subcontract coordination, cost engineering, and general project administration

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in multi-family, high rise residential, and hospitality construction is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of Texture, Blue Beam and Smartsheet
  • Ability to comprehend blueprints
  • High sense of urgency to work independently and meet critical deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills – written, presentation, and interpersonal
  • Possess a high degree of integrity and dedication to superior customer service
Essential Functions of the Job:

Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of construction management experience
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.
