Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR in Ohio seeks an Experienced Water Restoration Professional to lead projects, manage teams, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include overseeing restorations, structural drying, mold remediation, and adherence to industry standards, while maintaining equipment and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Current or recently expired IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, MRS, CCT) or state certifications/licensing such as Mold.
• Minimum of two years experience in a Lead Role with water restoration.
• Strong practical skills in restoration and great communication.
• Attitude: results-driven, problem-solving mindset and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate expertise in water damage mitigation, including applied structural drying, smoke remediation and mold remediation.

What We’re Looking For
