Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR in Ohio is seeking an Experienced Water Restoration Professional to lead projects from start to finish and ensure customer satisfaction. You will apply water damage mitigation techniques, supervise crews, and coordinate with insurance adjusters.

Ideal candidates hold current IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/AMRT/MRS/CCT) and have at least two years in a lead role in water restoration, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in a Lead Role with water restoration experience.
• Current or recently expired IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, MRS, CCT). State certifications such as Mold are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate expertise in water damage mitigation including applied structural drying, smoke remediation and mold remediation.
• Adhere to industry standards and company protocols.
• Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters to ensure project success.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety and environmental standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Skills: Strong practical skills in restoration, excellent communication, and great work ethic.
