Job summary

FullTerra / Clean Vapor in Atlanta is seeking an organized Assistant Project Manager to support vapor intrusion mitigation projects from planning to execution. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and compliance with project requirements.

The role offers growth into a Project Manager position in a specialized environmental construction domain, with opportunities to contribute to planning, budgeting, and documentation across multiple

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in construction project coordination or environmental remediation fields
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience in CM, environmental science, or engineering
• Strong organizational and multi-project management abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and clear written/verbal communication
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in the Atlanta metro area
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of vapor intrusion mitigation installations
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries
• Help keep multiple active projects on schedule and organized
• Participate in client meetings and provide project progress updates
• Serve as on-site contact for subcontractors during installation
• Review site plans, layouts, and specifications for compliance
• Maintain project documentation: submittals, RFIs, punch lists, photo logs, closeout packages
• Support permitting and site access coordination
• Assist with OSHA health and safety plans and site compliance
• Track budgets, change orders, and daily field reports
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and assist with estimating
