LeoForce is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project leaders on commercial interior build-outs, tenant improvements, renovations, and other interiors-focused projects in Oakbrook Terrace. You will help with planning, coordination, and documentation throughout the construction lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience under senior project managers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Support coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Help prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change notices, and shop drawings.
• Attend jobsite meetings and assist with meeting minutes and progress reporting.
• Support procurement activities and help manage material deliveries.
• Assist with project close-out activities, punch list coordination, and turnover documentation.
• Maintain positive communication with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to help ensure successful project delivery throughout the construction lifecycle.
