Hallen Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager Special Operations to help plan, coordinate, and close out heavy civil construction projects in the NYC/Long Island area. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, field personnel, and customers to ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, and contract alignment.
Focus on reviewing plans, procuring materials, tracking change orders, RFIs, submittals, and maintaining documentation using company software.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports successful planning, execution, and closeout of heavy civil construction projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, field personnel, subcontractors, and customers, the APM helps ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements and company standards.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000
