Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), now including PMA, is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, design, and construction for complex development and capital projects in Los Angeles. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and public agencies to navigate entitlements and deliver projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, development, or construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects within client expectations, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and construction activities for complex development and capital projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and public agencies.
• Navigate entitlement and approval processes and drive projects from early planning through delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and reporting tools; monitor costs, risks, and changes.
• Support contract development, procurement, and closeout activities; ensure quality and compliance.
