This is a unique chance for someone early in their development career to gain hands-on experience across various stages of project execution. Responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, assisting in procurement processes, and tracking project documentation. Ideal candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of real estate development.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or related field.
Direct exposure to multifamily development projects (ground-up or major rehab).
Experience working on at least 3+ projects across multiple phases.
Responsibilities
Support execution of multifamily and affordable housing developments.
Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking.
Build and maintain financial proformas in Excel.
Skills
