• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in design or construction of rail or roadway bridge structures.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and oversee design packages for guideway structures to ensure conformance with contract documents and codes.
• Coordinate with Program Integration to align design and construction with system interfaces.
• Evaluate contractor submittals and design deliverables for compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, Port Authority reps, and SMEs to resolve design issues.
• Distribute documents for interdisciplinary review and track resolutions for constructability and compliance.
• Provide technical support to Construction Management during construction, including field condition reviews.
• Support testing, commissioning, and acceptance to readiness for first passenger service.
