HDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Assistant in Minnesota to support the coordination of multi-discipline teams across a project's life cycle under the supervision of a Project Manager.

The role focuses on delivering on budget and schedule while collaborating with accounting and leadership to drive project reviews. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience and demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years related experience.
• Ability to interact with design teams; excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's life cycle (from development and initiation to close-out), while under supervision of a Project Manager
• Responsible for many aspects of a small project or a single aspect of a larger project
• Coordinate workload through project execution and complete deliverables on budget and schedule
• Work with the Project Manager, Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
• Perform other duties as needed
