Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–10+ years in commercial construction, a drive to grow, and strong organization and communication skills. Procore/Bluebeam experience is a plus as you coordinate teams and resources.

Qualifications

• 2-10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Ground-up commercial or industrial experience preferred.
• Desire to grow into a Project Manager role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Assist with owner, architect, and subcontractor coordination.
• Learn project financial management and forecasting.
