Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is partnering with a regional contractor to place a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the Minneapolis market. The role focuses on self-sufficient leadership of industrial and commercial projects, from preconstruction through closeout, with strong budget and schedule accountability.

The candidate will oversee procurement, coordinate with field superintendents, and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of construction PM experience in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or commercial sector.
• Comfortable owning projects $10M–$50M with full budget and schedule accountability.
• Strong communicator with owner-facing experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Procore or similar PM software; OSHA 30 required.
