Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in El Paso, TX to provide general management for mechanical construction projects. You will support the Project Manager and project team, track milestones, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on time and on budget.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/ME or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years construction/mechanical/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Travel 10–20% with a 6am–6pm, Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Project Manager; bid stage through completion as needed.
• Interact with project management to release long lead materials and track delivery.
• Contact vendors to ensure submittal timelines and equipment delivery.
• Participate in scheduling to create milestones and labor breakouts.
• Join weekly project sync meetings to communicate needs and status.
• Engage with customers and contractors to ensure progress and safety.
