Job summary

HDR is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in the United States-Kansas-Overland Park area to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across the project lifecycle. You will work under a Project Manager to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, with strong organizational, communication, and project management abilities. A PMP certification is preferred and experience with mission-critical projects is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience.
• 5 years related experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams with excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project lifecycle under supervision of a Project Manager.
• Manage a small project or a component of a larger project.
• Coordinate workload to deliver on budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Accounting, Operations and Business leadership for periodic reviews.
• Perform other duties as needed.
