Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an Assistant Project Manager in Ohio to support the Senior/Project Manager on all project aspects. You will focus on document control, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination, acting as a key liaison with owners and design teams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture and 3–5 years in construction project management, with OSHA-10/30 certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture.
• 3–5 years of construction project management experience.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA-30 certifications.
• Experience with Timberline, Sage, Primavera P6, and Procore is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for Owners, OPMs and design teams.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with subcontractors and owners to resolve field conflicts.
• Support cost and change management, prepare reports for review with team members.
• Assist in developing estimates and bid proposals for lump sum and GMP projects.
• Oversee Project Engineer and document control duties including RFIs, submittals and delivery tracking.
• Manage closeout documentation and liaise with design team and owner.
