• 5+ years of experience in construction or project management.
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets) and ability to use common software.
• Familiarity with construction management software and Office 365 is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with managing projects in process.
• Update allowance and budget spreadsheets for projects.
• Meet subcontractors for site walks and scope reviews.
• Assist the General Manager with various administrative tasks.
