Position Description

Primary Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include the following specific tasks:

• Assist in monitoring daily labor hours, per‑diem payments, equipment hours, and job and phase coding to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with invoice and expense report approvals and procuring materials.
• Assist with project submittals, including material certifications, daily traffic logs, stormwater pollution prevention plan reports, and shop drawings.
• Assist with bidding, certifications, generating reports, gathering information, creating spreadsheets, and processing extra work items.
• Assist with construction crew scheduling.
• Maintain project files.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute job cost reports to management and bridge team members, clarifying variances between actual results and budgets.
• Assist in enforcement of Company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 1–2 years construction industry experience, preferably with bridge repair and temporary barriers.
• Degree from a college or post‑secondary construction management program.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to serve internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of Viewpoint Vista and Primavera P6 software preferred, along with an aptitude and track record of optimizing the use of software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks while maintaining accuracy.
