Qualifications

• 2+ years in Commercial Construction, with mixed commercial & K12 projects.
• Team management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets and profitability to project completion.
• Collaborate with PMs and team to refine/update project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret specifications and plans.
• Supervise subs and laborers on site.
• Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and storage of materials.
• Maintain drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Create and oversee punch lists and ensure inspections.
• Identify and communicate issues to the construction team.
