The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or construction management and 3-5 years of commercial construction experience.

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for management and oversight for varied phases of the construction project.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the project is administered at the highest level of compliance with company policies and procedures
• Solicit vendors for pricing; recommend contract awards
• Assemble and prepare complete and well though-out estimates; perform quantity takeoffs and vid evaluations
• Prepare accurate and concise contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Chase and review subcontractor submittals, verifying conformance to contract documents
• Accurately forecast and track costs in cost reporting system; instructs and oversees monthly pay application process
• Degree in engineering or construction management from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the commercial construction industry
• Strong planning organizational skills
• Good presentation skills; ability to persuade others; good negotiation skills
