Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Manager and jobsite leadership in managerial functions
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling project areas
  • Manage project control systems, including:
    • Service Calendar Management
    • RFI’s, submittals, meeting minutes, and site communication
    • WBS system management with field leadership
  • Act as a project analyst to assess controls information and assist in problem solving
  • Coordinate with estimating for take-offs and change order support
  • Attend client meetings and collaborate with trade contractors
  • Prepare documentation for service jobs
  • Work with logistics and purchasing on materials and subcontracts
  • Promote safety culture daily
  • Potentially supervise other project team members
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects
  • Open to adjusting project systems for successful delivery
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Comfortable speaking publicly to clients, peers, and managers

Education: Bachelor's or associate's degree in electrical engineering/technology, Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering, Operation Management, or Construction Management

Travel: Up to 50% to customer sites, based out of Sioux Center, IA or Sioux Falls, SD offices.
