Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support the Project Manager across engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities. You will help develop initial schedules, review progress, and assist with client communications.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with EPC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent; apprenticeship accepted
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Understanding of EPC process and construction means/methods
• Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, and PM software

Responsabilités

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities.
• Assist in developing the initial project schedule with engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction management personnel.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Work with procurement to develop subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and schedules exhibits for review by PM.
• Work with Safety personnel on safety issues and incident investigations.
• Assist PM with project schedule and monthly project review reports for PM team and Senior Management.
• Support project by conducting financial reviews and closeouts monthly.
• Assist with RFIs using QISG’s document management system.
