We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Water Division in Southern California.

Responsibilities

1. Project planning, scheduling, and coordination
2. Safety and quality control management
3. Accurate forecasting and budget management
4. Change order management
5. Managing critical subcontractors
6. Managing Project Engineers
7. Resolving issues related to labor disputes, material delivery, and contracts
8. Maintaining vehicle, equipment, and tools management

Qualifications

2. Bachelor’s degree preferred
3. Previous construction experience preferred
4. Ability to establish relationships and lead teams
5. Some roles may require relocation
6. Salary Range: $99,000 - $149,000 per year
