Mercy Housing is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to provide administrative and technical services and analysis to the real estate development team for new development, relocation/community development, and rehabilitation of housing projects. This is a project-based position with a hybrid work schedule.

This is a project-based position. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
PAY: $30.00 - 33.17/hour DOE

Planning, Some Knowledge, Communication, Intermediate, Analyzing, Some Knowledge
Detail Oriented:Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
Ability to Make an Impact:Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization
Bachelors or better in City and Regional Planning or related field.
1 year:Demonstrated experience in project management, real estate development, affordable housing.
1 year:Experience is low income housing.
