Job Juncture is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for heavy civil/highway work in Naples, FL. You will assist with cost, schedule, subcontracts, and owner reporting on FDOT projects, working closely with the project team.

The role requires 5+ years in construction management, a four-year degree in Construction Management or related fields, and willingness to onsite in Naples. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Science, or an engineering degree with added business or accounting training.

Responsibilities

• Plan cost, resources and schedule for the project.
• Administer subcontracts and manage subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate workers, materials and equipment with the field team.
• Interpret drawings, specifications and regulations for the team.
• Handle contracts, permits and licenses.
• Supervise assistants and engineers and review their reports.
• Address safety issues and support the safety program.
• Control the budget and schedule.
• Report progress to owners, engineers and architects.
