Job summary

JRVannoy Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support healthcare, K-12, and higher education construction projects across multiple states. The role emphasizes organization, effective communication, and growth within the project management team.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of commercial construction experience, with CMAR exposure considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflow.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, tracking progress and addressing delays or issues.
• Lead/participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.
