Interstates is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work with field crews to keep projects on track and deliver quality work. The role offers growth opportunities, travel to customer sites, and a competitive compensation package.

Based near Fort Dodge, IA, you will contribute to scheduling, project analytics, procurement, and monthly project reviews while supporting safety initiatives across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate's degree in Construction Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering Technology or Construction Management.
• Proven ability to track and prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and jobsite leadership in managerial and leadership functions.
• Run project control systems for the benefit of the project team.
• CPM schedule creation and updating/communicating.
• Attend client meetings onsite and collaborate with trade contractors.
• Assist in procurement and expediting of materials and subcontracts.
• Promote the Interstates safety culture daily.
