Job summary

Renewyx in Baltimore is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to actively participate in delivering federal and large-scale commercial construction projects. The role offers meaningful involvement across the project lifecycle, not just task-based support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Assistant Project Manager or similar construction experience.
• Hands-on experience with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Federal construction experience preferred but not required.
• Commercial or large-scale project experience strongly considered.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish
• Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Assist with schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Support project meetings, reporting, and closeout documentation
