Qualifications
1–5 years in architecture or engineering design.
OSHA 10, and professional credentials such as RA, PE, PMP, LEED AP, NCIDQ, RICS preferred.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, English proficiency, ability to travel ~15% of time.
Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects.
Manage day-to-day project operations, including scope, budget, and status reporting.
Review deliverables for compliance with contracts and protocol.
Track and report hours, manage project budget, and facilitate meetings.
Communicate project information to clients and team.
Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for new projects.
