• Assists project managers with planning and execution of projects.
• Coordinate preparations and execution while meeting cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of project management including preparation of project estimates, procuring materials, issuing subcontracts, attending pre-bid and progress meetings.
• Prepares project budgets and schedules; monitors adherence through job site meetings and progress reports.
• Handles detailed plan take-offs and pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Expedites CAD/BIM work for projects.
• Keeps customer informed of progress and coordinates change orders for approved costs.
• Purchases equipment and materials; plans manpower, equipment, and supply needs.
• Manages administrative aspects of contracts including change orders and billing with accounting.
• Maintains relationships with field staff and participates in industry meetings.
• Completes job closeout with as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
• Attends departmental meetings and company functions.
• Performs other duties and may serve on committees.
