Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing or customer service role.
• Strong verbal, reading, and writing communication skills.
• Excellent business writing and administrative abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Submit utility record requests and damage protection utility locate requests; conduct supervised site visits and assessments.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with utility providers and their contractors.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with DFM/Muller team members.
