Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing data center team. This full-time, site-based role supports delivering large-scale mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with experienced Project Managers, contractors and client stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.
• Mission critical or data center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or MS Project desirable.
• Ability to work full-time on site in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing Dallas Data Center team. This is a full-time site-based role supporting the delivery of large-scale mission critical construction projects. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, contractors and client stakeholders, you will help deliver projects from preconstruction through closeout while developing your project management career.

Responsibilities:

• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• Aminimum of3years of applicable experience.
• Mission critical or data center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or MS Project is desirable.
• Ability to work full-time on site in the Dallas area.

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $10K - $135K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
