Qualifications

• 5+ years experience creating RFIs and client correspondence related to contracts.
• 5+ years reading construction plans and specs and outlining required submissions.
• 5+ years preparing subcontract scopes and contracts.
• 3+ years experience with project close out.
• 2+ years working with cost control systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects.
• Support in on-site staff coordination and information distribution; maintain client service and communication.
