Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management Team. You will help plan and oversee projects to achieve timely and cost-efficient results, including budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling, while ensuring safety and legal compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction or Engineering (or equivalent) and 5+ years of relevant experience. We emphasize a culture of diversity and inclusion and offer competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Support Project Management Team across project size and complexity.

The Assistant Project Manager works within the Project Management Team which is responsible for planning and overseeing the project, to ensure a timely and cost-effective outcome. This includes budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the project. Ensure the project is constructed in a safe, ethical manner and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. The Project Management Team can vary greatly depending on the size and complexity of the projects, which in turn will affect the number of responsibilities the Assistant Project Manager will be involved in.

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Construction or Engineeringor equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years prior relevant experience.
  • Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.

Salary Low: USD $116,000.00/Yr.

Salary High: USD $150,000.00/Yr.
