Job summary

Connexa Search Group seeks a Project Manager to support the full lifecycle of construction and installation projects in Greenville, SC. You will work under a Senior PM and Director of Construction, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, design professionals, clients, and utilities to keep work on scope, schedule, and budget.

The role is primarily office-based with periodic site visits, Monday–Friday hours, and limited remote flexibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or a two-year technical degree in construction management, civil engineering, real estate development, or related field.
Experience in construction management, commercial real estate development, or project management with lifecycle responsibilities.
Familiarity with budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice review processes.
Ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of construction and installation projects per scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet milestones.
Support procurement: prepare subcontractor agreements and purchase orders.
Prepare regular project status updates for senior management.
Monitor budgets and review invoices for accuracy.
Assist with permitting, zoning, and entitlement activities.
