Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and driven professional for a dynamic role that combines construction management and quality assurance for roofing, pavement, and building envelope projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while maintaining safety and compliance. Travel is expected to be 80% of the time.
General Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of facilities engineering projects to ensure safe, timely, and within scope and budget completion. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, troubleshooting operational issues, resource management, project scheduling, budgeting, working with vendors and contractors, conducting meetings, and reporting project status. Coordinate efforts with APR and handle invoicing, change orders, and collections.
