Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience managing construction projects for a general contractor.
• Design-build experience on relevant project types.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Review contracts, designs, and submittals for compliance and conflicts.
• Maintain document control and close-out documentation.
• Coordinate with Superintendent to meet goals on budget, schedule and safety.
• Develop and monitor master project schedule and provide progress reports.
• Contribute to responses to RFPs and site investigations.
• Perform other related duties.
