Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager and on-site Superintendent on assigned projects. The role assists in directing, completing, and achieving favorable financial outcomes for the project.

You will help coordinate on-site staff, gather information, and ensure strong time management, communication, and client service throughout project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence per contracts.
• 5+ years reading construction plans and specifications; outline required submissions.
• 5+ years preparing subcontract scopes and contracts.
• 3+ years experience with project close out.
• 2+ years working with cost control systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
