Job summary

jemgroup is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team in Camp Hill, Cumberland County, throughout the project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout. This role involves assisting with project administration and client engagement, along with driving business development efforts.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field or 3 years of experience in construction, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, or 3 years of construction experience.
• Internship or Co-op experience as an APM or project engineer is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Management team in project administration from preconstruction to closeout.
• Create and manage project safety plans.
• Represent JEM Group at industry events and build relationships with partners.
