You will coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases, with potential rotations across support groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 2+ years of construction project experience in planning and management including estimating, bidding, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities.
• Assist PM in developing the initial project schedule with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Develop subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and schedules exhibits for PM review.
• Collaborate with Safety to implement the project safety plan and incident investigations.
• Support monthly project reviews and financial closeouts with the PM and leadership.
