Job summary

Key duties include reviewing contract documents, attending meetings, providing field support to ensure contract compliance, assisting with subcontractor scopes, change management, and coordinating permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of basic construction and engineering principles.
• Knowledge of basic business principles to monitor expenses.

Responsibilities

• Review project contracts, specs, and drawings.
• Attend meetings to coordinate work and manage labor.
• Provide field support to ensure contract compliance and site quality.
• Assist in developing scopes of work for subcontractors.
• Assist with change management and tracking project costs.
• Coordinate site logistics and permits.
