KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help coordinate commercial and industrial construction projects. You will support the Project Manager, assist with field issues, and work with internal teams and contractors to minimize delays and rework.

The role involves coordinating shop drawings, submittals, purchasing, and attending project meetings while tracking manpower and ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience in HVAC site work assisting with some or all project management duties will be considered.

Education and Experience
