Monitor and follow up on project procurement, control, and scheduling. Ensure project scope, meeting minutes, job safety, quality assurance, and change order requests are in compliance with contract documents. Monitor, control, and update project schedules, owner contracts, and construction contracts. Serve as a technical source of information on project plans, specifications, requests for information, and shop drawings.
Team spirit is essential. Must work well under deadlines, be proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with construction management software, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Personal qualities should include integrity, credibility, commitment, multi-tasking ability, organization, clarity in communication, positivity, and friendliness.
A four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of five years' experience in construction management or related field.
Report directly to the Director of Construction.
Annual review by the Director of Construction, including peer input, based on engagement, demonstration of company values, workload management, and competency.
