Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for commercial/multifamily construction in Nashville, TN. You will assist the PM through the full construction cycle, coordinating with estimators and owners to ensure client satisfaction and on-budget progress.

The role requires 1–2+ years in related construction PM work and a bachelor’s degree. Training on software/tools will be provided; local candidates only, relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2+ years or more of commercial or multifamily construction (PM related position required).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• No software experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM through the entire construction process from Preconstruction through final completion.
• Work with estimators and PMs and be responsible for the financial success of the project from start to finish.
• Coordinate with the owner and PM to achieve client satisfaction, budget adherence, and scheduled milestones.
