Responsibilities

• Support the PM across the full construction process from preconstruction to completion
• Assist in coordinating with estimators and owner contacts to ensure client satisfaction
• Help manage project budget and schedule adherence
• Communicate project status with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Prepare and update scope documents and subcontract exhibits
• Contribute to maintaining project documentation and records
