Job summary

Procon is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Commercial Concrete Construction in Staunton, Virginia. This full-time role supports Project Management and Field Operations, assisting with schedules, submittals, budgets, and related office and field tasks on active projects.

The ideal candidate has some construction experience, blueprint reading ability, and strong computer skills; Procore and Blue Beam experience are preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• One or more years of construction related experience; three+ years in commercial concrete preferred.
• Blueprint reading skills required.
• Advanced computer skills are required.
• Procore experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Project or their equivalents preferred.
• Experience with Blue Beam and Foundation preferred.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is aPlus.
• OSHA 10 required or provided on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management tasks including budgets, schedules, submittals, and RFIs.
• Support with contract review, COI, and insurance needs.
• Help manage daily administrative tasks in office and field.
• Coordinate with field operations, suppliers, and customers.
• Assist with billing, milestones, and as-built drawings.
