Job summary

Procon in Kernersville, NC is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation through closeout. You will manage budget, schedule, and contractual compliance while coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong communication, advanced blueprint reading, and proficiency with project management tools. A driver’s license and several years of field experience are expected, with English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of construction experience.
• English fluency (reading, writing, speaking) is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Advanced blueprint reading and contract interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve invoices and project billings.
• Create and submit project billings; assist collections as needed.
• Review and approve time cards entries.
• Coordinate with site teams and customers; communicate effectively.
• Review contract documents and ensure work aligns with them.
• Review drawings and specifications; distribute updates to the team.
• Create monthly cost-to-complete budgets and track production.
• Generate and execute change orders; manage procurement with vendors and subs.
• Prepare and respond to RFIs and manage submittals.
• Attend internal and client project meetings; other duties as assigned.
