Job summary

HDR seeks a Project Manager Assistant to join our team in delivering complex projects. You will coordinate work across disciplines under a Project Manager, ensuring deliverables stay on budget and on schedule while collaborating with accounting, operations and leadership.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, with PMP certification preferred. This role supports our employee-owned culture and is integral to project success.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project lifecycle under supervision.

  • Coordinate workload to meet budget and schedule objectives.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager, Accounting, Operations and Business leadership for reviews.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

In the role of Project Manager Assistant, we’ll count on you to:

  • Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project’s life cycle (from development and initiation to close-out), while under supervision of a Project Manager
  • Responsible for many aspects of a small project or a single aspect of a larger project
  • Coordinate workload through project execution and complete deliverables on budget and schedule
  • Work with the Project Manager, Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
  • Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification
Li-JM8

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5 years related experience
  • Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
