Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in engineering/construction/related services.
• Experience on projects with at least $100 million construction value.
• Experience with vertical building projects from design through construction.
• Familiarity with pre-design/pre-construction processes, building systems, contracts, delivery methods, leadership, and client management.

• Assist in developing project plans, contracts, procurement, and execution strategies.
• Provide design/construction support and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections, manage RFIs and submittals, review design changes for compliance.
• Monitor schedules, track reporting, and support issue resolution; may act as Project Manager in PM's absence.
