Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers through every stage of commercial glazing projects. This role offers exposure to estimating, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and client communication on active projects.

You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews, process submittals and RFIs, track costs, and help with closeout documentation while adhering to safety and quality standards.

• Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track project costs and assist with budget management.
• Maintain accurate project files and documentation.
• Ensure projects comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Perform site visits as needed to monitor progress and assist field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with invoice preparation, billing, and payment applications.
• Ensure projects comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate project files and documentation.
• Coordinate closeout documentation including warranties, punch lists, and final inspections.
• Perform site visits as needed to monitor progress and assist field personnel.
